Platinum Package

If you would like the Platinum Package you will require a Wedding Planner:

Wedding Planner

The Wedding Planner is the person who takes charge and plans the details of a wedding from start to finish. The couple is still involved but most of the leg work is left to the planner and the couple can trust a professional to make the arrangements for them. This is the ultimate package as absolutely everything is taken care of and the bride and groom can be involved in the arrangements as little or as much as possible. What you can expect to receive:

• Organisation of every single wedding request you require.
• Unlimited correspondence regarding your planning, for    example, meetings, emails, phone calls.
• My attendance & assistance at your wedding ceremony    rehearsals.
• My services on your wedding day for a maximum of 12    hours.
• Personal management of the day's itinerary, vendors, and    you.
• Free Wedding Style Consultation.
• Any other special services you would like.

Gold Package

This package is the most popular amongst brides. If you would like a Gold Package you will require a Wedding Consultant:

Wedding Consultant

The Wedding Consultant works in partnership with the couple and guides them through the process of wedding decisions. Couples working with a consultant are very much in control of their wedding plans but can set assured that they have professional guidance and assistance when needed. This allows the couple to enjoy the wedding planning process, making it as fun and stress free as possible.

This is a smaller consulting package for couples who want to do the majority of planning themselves but still require our services for guidance and the referral of good suppliers and also require us to consult and coordinate their wedding on the day. The aim is to prevent problems arising and to deal with any unforeseen circumstance so you can confidently relax and totally enjoy your big day. What you can expect to receive:

• Free Wedding Planner timeline with tip sheets, questions    for vendors, worksheets and timeline guides, including    pockets for your contracts, pictures and other important    information.
• Assistance in developing your wedding day itinerary.
• You will receive up to 10 hours of consultation regarding    your planning, for example, email and telephone questions    and meetings.
• One visit to your ceremony and reception prior to your    wedding (travel charges may apply).
• Referral to reputable vendors, review of vendor contracts,    and confirmation of vendors (1-2weeks prior).

Silver Package

If you would like the Silver Package you will need a Wedding Director:

Wedding Director

This is for the couple who have planned everything for themselves but decide to bring in a consultant on the day of their wedding.

Review of all vendor contracts and confirmation of vendor services, 1- 2 weeks prior to your wedding day. The Wedding Director coordinates in detail the vendors and the itinerary on your wedding day. All concerns are placed on the shoulders of the Wedding Director. The couple does not need to get caught up in the small details they can sit back and enjoy their big day. What you can expect to receive:

• Assistance in the development of a wedding day itinerary.
• My services on the day for a maximum of 10 hours.
• Review of all vendor contracts and confirmation of vendor services.
• Provision of complete wedding emergency 999 kit.
• Personal management of your wedding day itinerary, vendors and you.
